We recommend using 1/2 or the entire bottle in a hot filtered bath soak for 30-60 minutes. Adding 2-4 TBSP of apple cider vinegar and 1/2 cup of raw milk or 2-4 TBSP of raw cream is encouraged.
For more results of lymphatic drainage, reduced stress, and improved circulation a long 30-60 min walk after is recommended.
